Section 7C
Cannot be appointed on wage or contract basis

(1) After the commencement of this Act, no one shall appoint any person on a wage or contract basis for the work to be done by a civil servant.
(2) If someone appoints a person contrary to sub-section (1), the salary, allowance and other benefits received by the person so appointed shall be collected from the appointing official in the same manner as government dues.
